I’ve just published the first issue of my new-look newsletter, labelled transform/21. Future issues of this newsletter will examine the overall theme of ‘change’, and in particular explore useful tools, insights, and processes for helping people deal more effectively with change in their lives — whether at the career level, in their organizations, or even in the society around them.
My plan is to publish a newsletter every couple of weeks however I’ve decided I’m not going to stick to a rigid schedule of publishing (thus breaking the #1 rule of newsletters, it seems…); my rationale is that change doesn’t always present itself in a planned, scheduled fashion, so I’m not clear on why a newsletter exploring change should have to be more rigid and predictable than its subject matter…!
I’m using this first issue to formally launch a lot of the product and service development work I have been doing in the background for the past several months — it provides the reader with a quick summary of the kinds of things I’ve been doing and the themes I will be exploring over the coming months and years. I hope you enjoy this newsletter and please let me know what you think (and what you would like to see) by leaving some comments in this blog post, or emailing me directly at tim@transform21.com. Happy reading!
